It closed on August 27, 1995.<sup class=\"reference\" id=\"cite_ref-1\"><a class=\"\" href=\"#cite_note-1\">[1]</a></sup>\n</p><p>Over the next decade, <i>Witness</i> traveled to three additional venues. In conjunction with the AJA Veterans National Convention, it was on display at the University of Hawaii Commons Gallery, July 4 to 31, 1998.<sup class=\"reference\" id=\"cite_ref-2\"><a class=\"\" href=\"#cite_note-2\">[2]</a></sup> Next, it went to Washington, D.C., where it was on display at the U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Lobby from May 19 to July 9, 1999. Finally, it was one of eight exhibitions in the Little Rock, Arkansas, area that were part of the <i><a class=\"encyc notrg\" href=\"/wiki/Life_Interrupted\" title=\"Life Interrupted\">Life Interrupted</a></i> project, a collaboration between JANM and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Three of the exhibitions, all on some aspect of the <a class=\"mw-redirect encyc notrg\" href=\"/wiki/Japanese_Americans_in_Military_during_World_War_II\" title=\"Japanese Americans in Military during World War II\">Japanese American military experience</a>, were displayed at the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, the other two being <i><a class=\"encyc rg\" href=\"/wiki/Beyond_the_Call_of_Duty:_Honoring_the_24_Japanese_American_Medal_of_Honor_Recipients_(exhibition)\" title=\"Beyond the Call of Duty: Honoring the 24 Japanese American Medal of Honor Recipients (exhibition)\">Beyond the Call of Duty: Honoring the 24 Japanese American Medal of Honor Recipients</a></i> and <i><a class=\"encyc rg\" href=\"/wiki/Undaunted_Courage,_Proven_Loyalty:_Japanese_American_Soldiers_in_World_War_II_(exhibition)\" title=\"Undaunted Courage, Proven Loyalty: Japanese American Soldiers in World War II (exhibition)\">Undaunted Courage, Proven Loyalty: Japanese American Soldiers in World War II</a></i>.
