    "body": "<div class=\"mw-parser-output\">\n <p>\n  <b>\n   Christine Hong\n  </b>\n  is an Associate Professor of Literature and Critical Race and Ethnic Studies at UC Santa Cruz where she teaches courses on race, labor, and migration; race and comics; Los Angeles circa 1992; the Cold War in Asia and the Pacific; the nuclear Pacific; the black Pacific; the Korean War; and human rights and decolonization. She is the co-director of the Legacies of the Korean War oral history project.
