Of the twenty-four Japanese American recipients, twenty-one were honored for their service during World War II.\n <i>\n Beyond the Call of Duty\n </i>\n was one of eight exhibitions in the Little Rock, Arkansas, area that were part of the\n <i>\n Life Interrupted\n </i>\n project, a collaboration between JANM and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
