Edgar Hoover to the Attorney General refuting statements made in DeWitt's Final Report claiming there was espionage activity conducted by Japanese on the West Coast immediately following Pearl Harbor. The FBI investigated all allegations, and found no evidence to support such claims, Feb. 7, 1944.
