Gil Asakawa

Gil Asakawa is a journalist, public speaker and digital media expert who writes about pop culture and politics from an Asian American perspective on his blog, Nikkeiview.com. He also authored Being Japanese American (Stone Bridge Press, 2004) and co-authored The Toy Book (Knopf, 1991). He is involved in many Asian and Japanese American community organizations including Asian American Journalists Association, JACL, Japan America Society and others.
